Rahab, commonly called a harlot in the Bible, believed that the God who could part the Red Sea could save her with a red cord, and redeem her past in order to create a new future. Despite her scandalous past and multitude of sins, Rahab went from being a woman used by men to a woman who influenced men and forged a new family tree of holiness.
