TRACI’S 5 STEPS FOR SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL WELLNESS:

  1. Ground our identity in Jesus
  2. Let Jesus define you with daily time in His word and prayer
  3. Manage the manageable:
    1. Make your bed!
    2. Sleep
    3. Nutrition and Water
    4. Take care of your temple
    5. Dress: style, modesty, self-expression, to your shape, color palette  
    6. Know Yourself, Know Your People: Enrich your relationships: love language, personality/enneagram, core motives, strengths finder
  4. Women need women: have an inner circle: to pray for and with, and speak into your life 
  5. Learn to say, “No, but thank you!” Create boundaries around the relationships and projects that matter to you.
