Kim Land is a city girl, a south side of Chicago native currently residing in the "almost woods" of Alaska fighting bears and moose off her deck every day and courageously braving the sub zero temps, 2-foot snowfalls and long dark winters. She is an Occupational Therapist and has been investing in real estate since 2003. She now coaches others who are interested in real estate investing.
Currently, she’s in a season of hyper growth, self-love, self-exploration and life change. She’s moving full force into focus and "build" mode to build a sustainable business that supports her dream of life overseas.
