I tend to like asking people about what they do, or want to do with life. 


In the response to that question, something always seems to come up about "trying to keep my options open" 


So I thought... maybe this isn't actually that good of a thing. 


I mean, it's not a BAD thing, but the most common answer is probably going to get the most common outcome. 


Whereas when I watch/listen to interviews (or interview guests myself) I tend to notice that successful figures are less "options open" and more "I knew I HAD to make this work"


Maybe that's the way to go?
