Sophia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in women’s fertility. Her greatest area of expertise is helping women tailor their nutrition and lifestyles to support healthy progesterone production, strengthen their luteal phases, and increase their chances of healthy implantation and pregnancy.
Sophia studied nutrition at Bastyr University, a naturopathic medical school, and has been working to help women build their families since 2015 with online resources, courses, and as a co-host of the Food, Freedom, and Fertility podcast.
She is also a proud military wife and mother of two daughters. Sophia loves food, loves to laugh, and can rattle off more quotes from The Office than you’d ever want to hear.
