The High 5 Habit is a self-improvement book focused on helping the reader deal with negative and self-limiting thoughts and provides strategies for taking charge of your life by establishing a morning routine, eliminating negative self-talk and transforming your life through positivity and confidence. I’ve done a lot of work in that space for the last few years, and these are all concepts I believe in, and have worked to incorporate into my life, so I was definitely interested in seeing how Mel Robbins frames this up in the High Five Habit.
