Chris enjoys building and leading high-performing teams to deliver software solutions using modern practices and ways of working.

Chris has spent the last six years with Bank of Oklahoma - leading multiple IT teams (45 members) in an Agile/DevOps project, implementing nCino on the Salesforce platform with a program budget ~30M, which has seen $6+ billion loan portfolio onto the nCino platform. 

Outside of work, he is an avid runner and enjoys reading about how to improve software delivery or leadership.
