Health, fitness, and body image seems to be flooding my social media accounts this week. Every New Year this happens, so I wanted us to jump into the topic of body image here. I hope that you're joining us today with a heart prepared to be both encouraged and challenged as we approach these topics with a Biblical perspective that may cause some preconceived notions to shift.
I'm so honored to have one of my mentors from the last 12 years is joining us today. Her wisdom has shaped my Biblical worldview and the way that I study God's Word. Cindy Zuidema was my Bible Study Fellowship teaching leader for many years and I'm so grateful for the truth she has poured into me. She is a mama to 4 adult children and has been married for 34 years.
