Episode 63 of The Unearthed Man Podcast with Jamie Patara is live.

Jamie Patara from Energy Alchemy is all about connection to the higher self and remembering who and what we truly are and what we are all here in this timeline to do. 

Predominantly a sound healer, breathwork facilitator and holistic space holder for various events, although sound is where the heart lies. Sound exploration is a fantastic tool to activate ourselves in this remembering and guide us on the path back home to ourselves through connection to a higher self. 

Through an array of sound tools and instruments, Jamie loops and creates sounds to replicate environmental elemental sounds and uses raw instruments such as handpan, didgeridoo, native American flutes, crystal harp/bowls and more to ground us back deeper into ourselves where many of the answers we seek can be found.

In this week’s episode, we discussed Jamie’s journey over the past 3 - 4 years after attending the Bridge and Extreme Leadership workshops facilitated by Preston Smiles and Alexi Panos. Jamie attended these with my beautiful wife Jacqui, which is how we met. This was driven by an underlying knowing that there was more to life than what Jamie had been living.

Jamie was courageous to discuss his battle with drugs and alcohol, the sneaking behind his ex-wife’s back and carrying the shame and guilt. We also spoke about the work he has done previously in supporting men and the vital work he is now doing with both men and women concerning workshops that cover sound healing, breath work, meditation and cold immersion therapy.

Jamie always knew he was destined to be a healer, a person of service, and he is now making that his life’s work. He is passionate about helping others overcome their challenges and to face head-on the traumas they are avoiding and what are ultimately holding them back.
