Luke grew up in small town Ohio and moved out to Arizona in 2015. He began his investing journey by BRRR'ing single family homes out of state - in Columbus OH - and then moved into passive investments, so that he could build cashflow with none of the headaches.
Today he is a Limited Partner in 4 multifamily syndications in Phoenix, Dallas, and Houston, as well as a passive investor in an ATM fund. Recently he also became a LP in a land investment in Colorado. Through partnerships and networking, Luke was able to become a General Partner on 2 large scale multifamily deals based in Texas. Today, his focus is on bringing great investment opportunities to his network by forming partnerships with best-in-class operators who have a proven track record of success in their respective markets.
Luke is passionate about building long term wealth, creating passive income, but most importantly, paying it forward by educating his personal network on everything he learns along the way.
