I unknowingly changed my world 3 years ago, all by committing to a new way of living. New habits to help me make the changes I so desperately needed, and wanted, to make for years. But where I was going wrong was I was trying to change the outcomes. I was trying to make quick changes. I wasn’t seeing the benefit in the small habits straight away, so I didn’t think it was working.
