Great resource to reference would be the recent Bitcoin highlight from Jack Spirko regarding Bitcoin as a means of energy storage. You addressed the bumper capacity that mining provides, but not the idea of store of value with value being captured energy. Also, I think that it’s worth mentioning that not only does a bumper capacity have value because it can be dropped when needed; it’s also maximizing the grid efficiency and utility profitability which can finance expansion.

yeah I brought up nuclear to slowly work towards citadels and the fact that I think we are heading back towards a world of city states rather than massive countries with a homogeneous federal government. for reference Rome may have collapsed, but the city states thrived once they could keep more of the "value" of what they produced rather than sending it off to Rome in the form of taxes and man power

Would like to hear more about Bitcoin mining from landfills. From what I understand methane is flared from the landfill and Bitcoin is mined from the flaring process. Literally turning trash into Bitcoin and improving the environment.
