We've hit a bump in the road with the NixOS challenge, and share what it might not be great at. Plus, what we didn't cover in our Ubuntu 22.04 review.
The one where we don't talk about Ubuntu 22.04 at all.

If Firefox is open source, how can Mozilla oblige anyone to distribute it in a particular way?

just $0.02 about RT patches of Linux. So as said, the OS cannot be real time. We make the OS ok for RT operations (with ability of latency deadlines). I am from a generation where we were told that and OS must be designed specifically for RT tasks. but well, as we made Linux so flexible, we could adapt it to all sorts of purposes (embedded, Android, server etc.). Open source is the way.
