I first came across Stefanos whilst listening to the Sacred Sons Podcast. This Aussie bloke was talking about men and relationships on a US-based Podcast. He told a great analogy around relationships being like storm clouds and that, like storms, the heavy rains and wind come and then go, and it’s how you manage through that period, and your approach posts the battery, which is the most important. This struck a chord with me.

Stefanos is a trained educator and relationship expert with a background in behavioural science. He helps men and women escape negative patterns and cultivate a positive sense of self, as well as restructuring and re-framing their relationships with themselves and their loved ones. He is passionate about leading people closer to their highest potential.

In this week's episode, we discussed Stefanos’s journey from learning about Behavioural Science to learning how to embody those traits. He is open around where he is at and the path that he is on. He is utterly self-aware that, at times, he is still afflicted by his inner child and previous conditioning that he is still to deal with. 

This is evident in the stories he recalls around having awareness and acceptance of where you are at, what is happening at any point in time, but also knowing where you aspire to be.

There is a lot packed into this episode, so you should listen to it several times to ensure you take in all the nuggets of gold and wisdom that Stefanos imparts.
