We look at getting in tune with your internal governor and how moderation and nourishment can be just what the doctor ordered. We look at creating momentum from the previous day. Also, how the little habits we have can have a big impact on how we feel and train. Winning the day doesn’t mean crushing the day. How do you define satisfaction? Paying attention, be grateful, and do the things that let you say, “I got healthier today.”
