In this episode, I share an incident that I had with someone who I was interviewing for this podcast. I decided not to air the episode, and you will hear the reasons why. Instead, I share some reflections about the interaction. I share this because I don't want to perpetuate cancel culture and the cycle of harm. When we don't communicate with each other, nobody learns and grows. I feel very strongly that having uncomfortable conversations is the only way we're going to move forward.
