Josh Suchan is a bar consultant based in Los Angeles. Josh was originally looking to be an architect, but when he graduated in 2009, jobs in the field were pretty much nonexistent. Instead, Josh now works in the spirits industry full time, helping bars design not only their menus but also the physical layout of the bar.
