first 18 months while he's a top agent he actually had never listed a house. Once he decides to take on listings, again he approaches it from a completely outside the box way is just exponentially successful at it. Once he masters and listings and his buyers he then grows his business into a team. Well, not only did he lead a team that strong profitable and growing he leads the team to a level at which he can step outside the team and grow the team even stronger and more profitable.
