Guilt is something you feel over something you did. Shame is something you feel over who you are. If you do not know the difference, satan will always be able to demoralize you. God wants you to have a righteousness conscience rather than a sin conscious so that you can fulfill His Calling on your life.

2 Corinthians 7.10:
