Genesis 1:1-2:4 In the second part of our origins series Pastor Jamie explores the first of two creation accounts. This creation account focuses on the whole cosmos. That God is the one who creates everything. But Genesis 1 is more than telling us about the worlds material origin. This account is structured in such a way to tell the story of creation as a temple, where heaven & earth are joined, with an image in the midst & in which God rests. And how this relates to Jewish worship, it its week, feasts, temple & aspects of worship.
