How can we live a life in awe, a life now, a life beyond seriousness and back into playfulness. joy and delight in life. When we find playfulness and awe in our day, we can find greater joy, peace and delight in our life. What can I do re-find this ease and delight in my life. Finding fun ways to do what you always do. We tend to become serious and locked into our logical brain, we can have both the logical and the creative. How can we do this? Take ourselves out of the frustration by being as children and finding new meaning in our life. We can find new freedom!
