1. Demons are removed by the power of THE HOLY SPIRIT.

2. Demons are removed by THE NAME OF JESUS!

3. Demons are removed by being CAST OUT!

What is expected of the deliverance minister?
1. Maintain a life committed to Jesus.
* Matthew 17:20-21
2. Know your authority in Christ.
* Acts 19:13
3. Interview the person prior to praying for them.
* Mark 9:21, Luke 4:33, 1 Cor. 12:10
4. Leading the person through prayers of repentance, renouncements, releasing forgiveness.
5. Keep in mind most demons seldom invade alone.
* Mark 1:23-24
6. Talking to demons is not a conversation but an interrogation.
* Jesus talked to demons
* If a demon obeys and responds to you about its name, then it acknowledges your authority in Christ. (Acts 19:15)
7. Confront the demon and command it to go!
* It takes time to prepare
* Many don’t like taking the time
8. Demons leave differently.
* Mark 1:26
9. Encourage the person to make God’s word a standard for their life.
10. Deliverance can happen at a distance.
