Jesus has made a new covenant relationship with God possible for all who believe. The old covenant failed because of the people’s lack of devotion and obedience. By grace, God has provided a better covenant in Christ; one that is unconditional and is based on God’s promises. While we do not earn our own way into this relationship, we are called to live out lives of devotion and obedience so that Christ will be seen through us.
