On this week's show Damien discusses Black Economics and the inequality that black people face. Damien then helps to explain the importance of recognising our own privilege if we are to battle inequality and how to do it. Finally, Damien illustrates how the financial system continues to perpetuate inequality against black people and how it needs to change.
