Hey everyone I’m Pastor Gary Hoban and welcome to episode 63 of Refinery Life radio /TV.

Today we are going to talk about, Burdens.
Psalm 68:19 (AMP) says
19 Blessed be the Lord, who bears our burden day by day,
The God who is our salvation!
If you have ever been hiking, you know that backpacks can get heavy after a while.
Packed with everything you need, backpacks can make your shoulders ache and your back hurt.
But step into a bus or into a taxi or Uber, and feel the relief of letting the burden slip away from your shoulders as the backpack is carried by the same vehicle that is carrying you.
You still have your back pack, you have not lost your burden, but now something else is bearing it.
The NIV bible puts Psalm 68:19 like this.
19 Praise be to the Lord, to God our Saviour, who daily bears our burdens.
The English standard version puts it a little differently. Psalm 68:19 (ESV)
19 Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation.
And the New King James Version says. Psalm 68:19 (NKJV)
19 Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation!
Which translation is best?
Why not choose all of them and praise our Saviour whoo daily bears our burdens, bears us up, and loads us with benefits.

I really want to encourage you to be diligent with your Bible study time, because God has so much more for us than we can get from just going to church once or twice a week and hearing someone else talk about the Word.
When you spend time with God, your life will change in amazing ways, because God is a Redeemer.
