I feel so out of the loop; I've watched so little TV the last bunch of years that I didn't know she was on TV... BUT I found her on Instagram, and watched her great food saving tip reels. And then one day I saw her back story, and I had to learn more about her. She was so generous to accept my podcast invite, and share her knowledge and passion for food waste with us, and I'm so excited to share this with you all!
