Today, I'm talking to Andrew Ernemann with Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty.
Formerly an internationally competitive ski racer, he is now what the Wikipedia entry references as retired to real estate. Since then, he's been named Realtor of the year and has been president of Aspen board of realtors. And not to mention the media where he is often quoted. And just to name a few, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Financial Times, thestreet.com
and the Denver Post. If this is retired, I'm not sure what not retired is like for this guy.
And that's not all, there's his Harvard Business School degree, his Stanford university Construction and Engineering and Management Degree, and most importantly, over 1 billion in real estate sales in his career.
And he's growing quickly. He has a virtual reality storefront in Aspen, and this year, the best year of his career in 2020, he has already sold over 400 million in real estate.
He has killed it internationally what as an internationally competitive skier and he is killing it in real estate. Today, we talk about killing it with lethal habits and creativity.
