The same system that controls fight or flight, pushes salespeople away. “I’m just browsing,” is the most common mechanism, but many of us get physically ill when we think we’re being sold to. Yet, so many companies still run sales processes and hire sales reps to convince people to buy, to use pressure tactics, and push people to take action.
