Hailing from New York, Coach LeBlanc's wrestling journey began at the University of Indiana, where he distinguished himself as a three-time NCAA Qualifier. His competitive background laid a solid foundation for his subsequent coaching career. He commenced his coaching journey at SUNY Cortland, where he not only developed his coaching skills but also earned a Master's Degree in Sports Management, equipping him with the knowledge necessary to excel in the athletic realm.

After his time at SUNY Cortland, Coach LeBlanc took his talents to Appalachian State University, where he served as an assistant coach for four years. In this role, he was instrumental in the development of his athletes, overseeing 13 individual conference finalists, seven conference champions, and 10 NCAA qualifiers. This impressive track record highlights his ability to recruit and cultivate talent, making him a valuable asset in the competitive world of NCAA wrestling.
