Our guest Sara believes that we are living in the consequences of a wounded patriarchy. Women are socialised to believe they are lesser than. That they cannot trust themselves or their own intuition but should rely completely on external sources; be it media, search engines, experts, elders etc. Rarely do we consult our SELF. We have forgotten that our divine connection to God grants us an innate wisdom to know what is right for us as an individual being. Sara explains some steps you can take to be an authentic version of yourself. And in turn shed the version the wounded patriarchy wants you to be.
