Tracy Tsai has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in various roles, including equity research, relationship management, communications and marketing. She is also a certified leadership and career coach for women. As a coach, her mission is to empower women to discover their unique personal success formula, as no two women are the same. She particularly enjoys working with women of color and helping them navigate the unique challenges they face.
