This is a lifelong journey. The feelings of fear, anxiety, worry, they will never go away. But the goal is to shorten the amount of time that you're in that space. That's how you measure your progress.

I would ask people, what would you do? Who would you be if you weren't afraid? Okay. And then the answer that comes up to that is the best version of yourself.
