Ep. 1934 Federal Raids on Crypto Activity in New Hampshire
Back in March a series of raids were carried out on various properties throughout New Hampshire, with six people arrested on charges connected with cryptocurrency activity. The legal outcome could help to establish whether Bitcoin is a currency or an asset, a question that has implications for IRS taxing power vis-a-vis Bitcoin.
