Captain Andy "Grand" Mariner is the Deputy Commander of the historic Carrier Air Wing 11. Previously, he was the Commanding Officer at TOPGUN. The United States Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor program is the preeminent training school for naval aviators.
