It’s so easy to take it out on your body. It’s there, right in front of you, a gross aspect of this physical world. You can see it, you can touch it, you can feel it. It’s there for you to judge, to compare, to criticize, to punish, to blame. It’s so easy to take it our on what is reflecting right back at you in the mirror, but it’s not so easy to uncover the deep routed thoughts which are causing these feelings of emotional inadequacy.
