When to leave your full time job & dealing with copycats with Emille Mendoza from Boracay Skin.

Today's episode I chat with my good friend Emille on her journey as a flight attendant and knowing when to go all in with her business, Boracay Skin, a thriving skin care brand that sells the most beautiful coconut oil based products for glowing skin.

Emille's brand concept began while on holiday on Boracay Island in the Philippines where she discovered the benefits of coconut oil. This began her journey to creating her own skin care line, using vegan friendly skincare products and protecting animals from product testing.  

So when is the right time to leave your full time job? Emille shares her journey leaving her job to pursue her business full time, the lessons learned and her tips for others wanting to do the same.

We also chat about how to deal with copycats. Unfortunately, this happens so often and it can be super disheartening so I chat to Emille about how she has dealt with copycats in her business journey.
