2 years ago, Tony Ayala took a 180 in life and quit his job in finance to take the plunge into entrepreneurship. He is the President of Queen St. Bakery, an allergen free food startup that creates functional foods that even those without dietary restrictions would want to eat. After studying business at Western University and working in finance his whole career, Tony was pitched by his best friend to help build the next generation bakery. Since then, Tony has taken the business from 50 stores in Toronto, to over 1,000 stores Canada-wide, with his sites set on the US next.
