Expect flavours from Brigitte Hefner (Tedesca Osteria), Ross Magnaye of (Serai), Ellie Bouhadana (Hope St Radio) and more. Plus, drink cherry-infused gin right beside the copper still at Williamstown’s Bathtub Gin Co.
