Penelope Bourbon started in 2018 and quickly ascended to a place only few brands could dream of. They built a cult following and had great distribution. After only a few years as a start up whiskey company, they sold to MGP for over 200 million. We've reviewed Penelope products before on the podcast, but we've never had the pleasure of reviewing anything from their coveted Estate Collection.
