“I am a 23-year-old real estate entrepreneur from Dallas, Texas. After dropping out of college at 18, I quickly found my love for self-development and fitness. I found my way so to say in the real estate journey which I have gone all-in on for the past 6 years. I have had a few different roles within real estate before going out on my own at the end of last year and founding my own company, Whitecap Ventures. Conception to date we have closed roughly $1.2mm in volume and are looking to grow. I am relatively new to the digital nomad lifestyle but am definitely here to stay. "
