Mike is a personal trainer, fitness and nutrition coach and a Black Belt in Jui-Jitsu.
Mike was feeling lethargic and unmotivated in the days before, and experienced stabbing “punch” like pain his chest before he went to the hospital. After a frustrating experience at the first hospital Mike thankfully received the care he needed at the next ER. Mike is working hard to come back from this and is currently living in Mexico.
Mike touches on the role that stress played in his #heartattack and what his recovery has been like both mentally and physically and shares some really good advice on how to live your best life and to hopefully do everything in your power to avoid a heart attack like he and I both had. Mike offers some solid words of advice at the end on how to survive a heart attack if it were to happen to you.
