The seemingly always-sunny locale of Bondi has got another reason – past its sheer beauty – for you to visit during the chilly months. Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is hosting Icebergs Winter Sundays, teaming up with some of Sydney's best bars to bring cocktails, snacks and music at sunset. Maybe Sammy will take over on Sunday August 6. Expect its signature ’50s-inspired service and award-winning cocktails such as the New Frontier (Calle 23 blanco tequila, Derrumbes mezcal, fino sherry and apple). Plus, a coveted Melbourne label by a husband-and-wife team moves north to conquer the Harbour City with its brightly coloured knits.
