Walter Buse is the owner and co-founder of East Vancouver Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (EVBJJ). Tarsis Humphreys is a world class BJJ practitioner who competes at the highest levels of competition in the world as a black belt.

Walter opened EVBJJ in May of 2013 and has grown his club into one of the top schools in the country. They specialize in competition training. Beginner's are always welcome, but those who are truly trying to take their game to the next level to compete in the international tournaments typically decide to train at EVBJJ.

Tarsis was visiting Vancouver to train at Walter's club and we had they perfect opportunity to not only interview another one of our fine city's entrepreneurs but also get a unique view into the elite world of this grappling martial art, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, also known as the gentle art.
