I heard a lot of this from another mentor that followed Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn you know a lot of self-help teachers out there talking about this, I'm a big believer on this and I talked about it before on my You Tube channel.
But I want to expand a little bit more on it because I think it's really really powerful. Now we all basically bullshit ourselves in some way. That's the reality of it. We all have our excuses, our reasons, we blame things on external sources, why certain things didn't happen."
