It is very important to take care of your whole being. Treating the body is actually a reward to healthiness and healing. There are several forms of therapy and are recommended either daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on what’s needed. A massage relaxes the muscles, helping with blood flow, and a chemical release from the brain stimulating the mind. Pedicures and manicures keep your hands and feet in tack. Visiting and talking with a good therapist can help with depression, or how to cope with feelings, or behavior patterns. The point I’m trying to make is take care of your whole being through the realm of therapy.
