The State of California: State legislature considers new bill to bring courtroom to homeless community
If the homeless can't make it to the courtroom, California may bring the courtroom to the homeless.
The state legislature is now considering a new bill that proposes the creation of a homeless courts pilot program. This program would set up courts near food banks and community centers to increase attendance.
