'Bitcoin Sign Guy' became famous for holding up a notepad with 'Buy Bitcoin' scribbled on it, directly behind then Chair of the Federal Reserve, Janet Yellen, during a congressional hearing. Of course, this was loved by bitcoiners the world over, and thus, the legend of 'Bitcoin Sign Guy' was born:)
