As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of SPARK Solutions for Growth, Rachel has led hundreds of engagements with multinationals including Johnson and Johnson, Allergan, Pfizer, Bayer and Church and Dwight, among others. Rachel previously co-founded and served as President of Semprae Laboratories, that was sold to Innovus Pharmaceuticals in 2013.

Rachel holds a Bachelors's degree in Psychology and Human Development from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford University.
