Finally. Dave Emerson is a trout farmer and the vice-president of Crystal Lake Fisheries Family Trout Farm. Douglas County is the #1 ranked county for aquaculture production in Missouri according to the 2017 USDA Census of Agriculture. He will be at the Two Rivers Family Fishing Fair on Saturday, June 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Pere Marquette State Park.
