– The Sharkpreneur podcast with Seth Greene Episode 761 Natalia Bevilacqua
Natalia Bevilacqua is an attorney licensed in Texas and Florida. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a dual major in Business Administration and Marketing and earned a law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
Natalia started her private practice in 2014 with a goal of helping clients protect their legacy from unintended (and often harmful) effects of state-prescribed distribution of their assets that were earned by prudence and hard-work. When her clients entrust her with their most personal legal matters, Natalia prides herself on taking great care of them, which means speed to some, compassion and frequent communication to others, reasonable cost to someone else. With tremendous support from her family, Natalia built a legal practice that delivers desired legal results and produces satisfied clients. Natalia limits her practice to the interrelated areas of Probate Administration, Guardianship and Estate Planning. Probate Administration experience makes her a better Estate Planning attorney because she sees the practical effects of estate planning documents (or lack thereof) daily. Her knowledge of the legal process and deep compassion for families that find themselves in need of guardian appointment for their loved one, make her a great Guardianship attorney.
Natalia’s most proud moments in life are when she sees children being kind, thoughtful, happy, and productive people, and when a grateful client tells her that she did a great job for them.
